The purpose of this project was to create our own unique illustrated pattern, using illustrator to construct a pattern swatch and its finished design with a background. I started by searching and recreating sushi-related graphics, and placing them in appropriate positions. I included small white dots to help fill the space, then used the pattern tool to expand the design.
